Hello, just got my GMT Ocean 1 yesterday. It arrived one day earlier then the estimated date! I have never seen or owned such a great looking watch, actually gorgeous is the correct word. It looks so much better than the picture. I took it to my watch repair man to have him adjust the bracelet and he was very impressed. Your responces to all my questions were very helpful, with a quick responce as well. As long as you continue to keep up with the QC as well as the friendly help, I see a great future ahead for your company in the USA. I sincerely wish you all the best.

Thank you for remembering me. I am doing great with those watches especially the GMT Ocean 1. I receive a lot of compliments every time I wear it. It's a great watch and keeps good time. Have a great summer.

I love seeing those customer service testimonials. They are great! My pal Paul is still raving about the GMT Ocean 1 we got him some time back. He says it gained one minute in 20 days time. I told him that unlike many other watches, the 2893.2 movement is quite expensive. He is really impressed with the watch.
He is helping his son build a house. It's funny to see him take the GMT Ocean 1 off and put it in the glove box rather than take a chance and scratching it on the jobsite. He takes better care of that watch than his sail boat, Harley, or cars. He could easily afford a Rolex and always wanted one, until he got yours. Now, like so many others, he sees no need for a Rolex anymore.

Hello, just received my GMT Ocean 1 this afternoon. I have to say I am very impressed. I took it to my watch guy who used to work at one of the national chain mall stores and was their Rolex repair guy. He still works on Rolex but not any sort of warranty work as he now has his own independent shop. His wife initially took the watch to make the necessary bracelet adjustments. I suppose she was used to removing push pins and was having a difficult time removing the links. Her husband took the watch and noted right off the bat that these pins were screwed in. Then he asked me about the watch and where it had come from. The real kicker is he was wearing the Rolex version of my new GMT Ocean 1. He held it up to his watch and commented on how much he liked it. Then he asked me the price. I should tell you I've known this guy a long time. He immediately said I've got to get one of these! Before I left his shop he had your web address and I'd be real surprised if he didn't order one in the very near future. You have a very satisfied customer in me and I'm sure others will follow when they see this watch on my wrist. Thanks again for an excellent product at a great price!
