Excellent Watch !! Beautiful and Affordable!! October 10, 2008 Reviewer: Thuong Phung from Newington, CT United States   I like the watch very much!  I have had it for couple months already.  It has been running great.  It is a very solid watch with saphire crystal face, double straps, and screw-in linkages.  The dial has a locking mechanism (push in turn in clockwise).  The watch has all the features of the expensive watch that would normally cost at least $1,500.  The design is pretty much like the Rolex Submarine model.  The watch is very sporty looking and I got a lot of good comments from other people.  I am very glad to have this Ocean-1 (Blue).  For the price and with all the features it has, you can't really ask for better deal than this!! Features of the big names at a price I can afford. November 23, 2007 Reviewer: Evan Smith from USA   I wanted to send a brief note of appreciation to you for the Ocean 1 that I received today. I am highly impressed with the quality of this watch, it greatly exceeded my expectations. The oyster bracelet with solid end pieces is a piece of artwork. As a bonus, the clasp even features a wet-suit extension! I love the look and feel of this fine machine. To this point I've always worn Seiko automatic divers, which I still regard highly, but I am a total convert now. Your Ocean 1 makes my old Monster and SKX007 appear large and over-styled by comparison. The Ocean 1 has a look of understated elegance which I can wear with jeans or suit. I have always appreciated the Submariner, on which this is obviously modeled, but I have never been able to afford one until I found Debaufre. Every bit their equal. August 24, 2007 Reviewer: John S. Horvath from USA   I ordered your Ocean 1 yesterday at 3:00PM and received it via FedEx by 10:00AM today. In a word, Beautiful. That's the first word that comes to mind with regard to the Ocean 1. I have owned several expensive brand named Swiss watches before, and this watch is every bit their equal. Already become a virtual 24 hour a day wearer. August 24, 2007 Reviewer: S. G. from USA   The Ocean 1 has already become a virtual 24 hour a day wearer - just like my Sub used to be. The difference between a high (thick) watch and a low (thin) one cannot be overstated and isn't talked about enough here. I've slept in this thing already and not thought twice about it, whereas others get groggily pulled off and tossed on tables or floors in the middle of the night. And it's such an interesting visual 'echo', if you will, of a Sub rather than a clone. I might have to buy more 'colors', shame they don't make an interchangeable bezeled model. It also strongly reinforces my desire to see Rolex make at least a 42-mm Sub, but preferably a 44-mm version. Was this review helpful to you?
